Welcome to Threshold

Redefining Rehab. Restoring Potential.

Threshold Physical Therapy LLC is an outpatient Physical Therapy and sports performance clinic owned and operated by Dr. Sarah Sanders, PT, DPT. The clinic is a hub for all rehab and prehab needs from post-op surgical procedures, gait and balance training, and generalized strengthening to high level sports and orthopedics injuries, conditioning, and gaining that “edge” for overall performance. We do not take insurance so that we can provide better care for our patients.

Dr. Sarah spends 50 minutes, 1-on-1 with each patient for every single session and to treat any issue that presents itself at the time of the session. No more getting passed around from therapist to therapist, checking off exercises on a worksheet, or waiting around for the next task. Dr. Sarah gives you her undivided attention, hands on skills, and real-time modifications, progressions, and adjustments to your custom rehab plan of care.

What People Are Saying

“I had such bad vertigo, I couldn't drive and was bedridden. Dr. Sarah worked tirelessly to get to the root of the problem! I am so impressed with her knowledge and drive to really help her patients! Also, don't be afraid to try dry needling! If she thinks it will help with what you've got going on, then DO IT!
I can't say enough good things about her! I'm so blessed to have had a friend tell me about her!”

— Carissa Viktora

“I went to see Dr. Sarah after knee pain while training for my first half marathon. With her treatment, I was better in a couple of weeks and was able to run my originally scheduled half marathon! I definitely recommend her and I know if I get injured again, I’ll go to Dr. Sarah!”

— Haley Cole

“I’ve dealt with back pain for over 30 years. I had very limited range of motion, and I couldn’t stand for more than 10 minutes without intense pain.

Working with Dr. Sarah Sanders has made a huge difference. She took the time to really understand what was going on with my body, and she created a treatment plan, helped straighten my back and taught me how to strengthen and support it on my own.

I’ve seen noticeable improvements—not just in how I move, but in how I feel day to day. I’m incredibly grateful for Dr. Sarah’s care and expertise.”
