Dr. Sarah Sanders, PT, DPT

Originally from the mid-Atlantic, Dr. Sanders earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland Baltimore, where she developed a strong foundation in orthopedic and sports injury rehab. But what sets her apart is how she blends clinical expertise with the mindset of an athlete—and the empathy of someone who’s walked the long road of recovery herself.

She’s not just a PT. She’s a 9x marathoner, an ultramarathon finisher, a passionate advocate for health and strength, and someone who truly lives what she teaches.
